Pathway Dreams Academy was born in response to a lack of a good and solid value system and leadership crisis in the Nigerian society. 85% of Nigerians are said to earn below $1 per day; also the economy despite being the largest in Africa has experienced very low growth rates and is riddled with inequality, corruption, drug abuse and lack of honesty. All this problems have their root cause in the bad value system and lack of good leadership. We want every child going through our pathway systems to holistically develop to be purpose driven, a problem solver, to be a leader and most especially to become a role model to their communities and sphere of influence.
Pathway Dreams Academy is a non-profit academy commissioned to raise a new generation of purpose driven footballers, leaders and role models. Our mission is to redefine greatness through football by bringing a different way to develop elite athletes with strong education paths through purpose driven football. Our passion is about unlocking the physical and psychological barriers for children achieving their dreams. We are using football as a platform to bring about social change and development.
