The Pathway School Football Development are one the ways we reinvest back into the communities where we operate. This program is targeted at developing grassroots football in primary schools and this program is for footballers age 5 – 12. We partner with primary schools to run this program; for this program the children learn the fundamentals of football, how to receive and release the ball, shooting skills etc.
For players successfully making it through the trial process, the Pathway Dreams Academy offers holistic pathways to exceptional young talents based on education, character and football over a sustained period of not less than seven (7) years. All our programs help us in our goal of seeking to raise a new generation of purpose driven men who will impact our nation.
The Pathway Football Clinic is another way we reinvest back into the communities where we operate. This program is targeted at developing grassroots football for the community children and program is for footballers age 5 – 7. For this program the children socialize and familiarize themselves with the sport. We also use this platform to inculcate the value of LOVE into the children using football as the tool.
Pathway Dreams academy host trials every year in August for U10 – U12 players in Ijebu Ode and we scout for talents around all geo-political zones in Nigeria. Footballers selected after this tough process will be invited into our U10 & U12 academy teams. We are not looking to recruit players age 13 and older.
After more than seven (7) years of investment in our students, our goal is to send them forth into greater opportunities these can include playing for a professional football clubs in Nigeria or abroad, pursuing further education and skills training or a support to go into self-employment. In order to do this, we place a priority on both character development and purpose. Our end goal is to see our students become men on a mission, leaders and role models to their communities.
This is a hands class where students will design and build machines, catapults, pyramids, buildings and other constructions out of K’nex bricks while exploring engineering, architecture and physics, students will develop problem solving and critical thinking skills. Students will build a new project each week and in more complex builds it will go on for a month. Architectural concepts are taught while assembling buildings, bridges and structures. The K’nex education is basically to educate our student’s minds the STEM way.
