Faruk Abolurin is an experienced Human Resources professional with deep knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations and human capital development. He has a strong track record of success in both the public and private sectors. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from The American University in Washington DC. He has worked in various industries which include government agencies, non-profit organizations, and pharmaceutical marketing agencies.

Faruk has a huge passion for football, education, and the development of human capital. He is very passionate about making a positive impact in not just organizations but the greater good as a whole. Pathway Dreams Academy aligns with his passion and is the biggest factor in his decision to be involved with pathway. He believes that through sports and education, the student athletes can grow up and have futures they never imagined of having. He also believes that the curriculum of the academy will aid in building the character of the students who eventually grow up to be change agents in their communities.
